Welcome! The Student Welfare Commission’s CPR/First Aid Program offers low-cost American Heart Association CPR and First Aid courses to help the UCLA community learn how to prevent emergencies and be better prepared when they happen.

Join us for our biggest annual event to become AHA certified in Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and choking!

    $10 for everyone (UCLA students, staff, faculty, and the public)

    Pre-Registration Instructions:

    1) Download and complete the SUPER CPR registration form below OR pick one up from Kerckhoff 308.
    2) Return your money, completed registration form, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to mailbox #17 on the 3rd floor of Kerckhoff.
    3) Drop off your registration form by Thursday, Feb 25, 2pm, to guarantee your spot at SUPER CPR!

    If you are not able to pre-register, you are still invited to attend SUPER CPR! Please arrive by 12:30pm to better guarantee your enrollment. Drop-in payment will be $12.

    Winter 2010 Schedule for CPR and First Aid Classes

    February 3, 2010 | CPR & First Aid

    The Student Welfare Commission’s CPR/First Aid Program offers low-cost American Heart Association CPR and First Aid courses to help the UCLA community learn how to prevent emergencies and be better prepared when they happen. Courses are taught by American Heart Association certified student instructors on campus. Classes are open to all students, staff, and faculty at UCLA, as well as to the public.

    Concerned about your fellow students’ wellness? Want to help them develop healthier lifestyles? Apply to be a Student Health Advocate for 2010-2011! SHA’s are a diverse group of students that come together to bring educational health workshops directly to residents on campus in their halls, covering such topics as stress, communication, relationships, alcohol consumption, sexual health, and body image. They are trained during Spring 2010 in Community Health Promotion through UCLA’s School of Public Health.
